About the Role As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll be at the heart of care delivery, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care. Working alongside the Facility Manager, you’ll provide vision, direction, and mentorship to your clinical and care teams, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. This is a senior leadership role with purpose — where your decisions, guidance, and clinical oversight will make a real difference every single day to residents, families, and staff.
